So THIS beauty is headed my way around the end of July (my burfday month (it’s a thing- it’s MY thing!) SQUEEE!!! I can add fusing, slumping and humping (minds out of the gutter guys) glass to my making! makingthings.art #PNWPotter #LocalMaker #Ceramics #Porcelain #ForNow #PottersOfBlueSky
Postu gösterThanks! I'm a compulsive texturer. 😆 Even smooth surfaces usually end up with resist work or layered glazes to get the movement, but my happy place is REAL texture. Carving, mark making, additive stuff. ❤️❤️
Postu gösterFeet added! I opted for fat coil feet so I could extend the texture onto them. First attempt at a cascade pot but might equally work for deep rooted succulents. So if my local bonsai crew aren't keen on it, I have some succs that would be happy in it! 😆
Postu gösterRooster and hen vases from the latest firing. These crazy chooks make me smile.
Postu gösterMore Mini Menagerie friends are on their way ✨✨ #art #pottery
