  I'm also angry how these out of touch, multi-billionaire corpos & their execs treat their teams, doing the actual work on the games. They run them to the ground, have them go through crunches, while having zero respect for their ideas, lives and well-being.

  As someone, who has grown up with the games from BioWare, playing them for 20+ years, I'm angry & sad at the same time. EA, time and again, just f*cks every studio they buy. It's one thing to want to make fair money for the games, but it's very different from the disgusting thing they have going on.

  I started as an Associate Graphic Designer. Now I'm an Executive Producer. I've worked on one game through that whole career, which means I've seen lots of leaders come and go, and lots of versions of the company and the game as it grew, shrunk, and changed.

  In my current position I understand the pressure of leadership when millions of dollars and hundreds of salaries are at stake. I understand the drive to find a magic bean like NFTs or GenAI or whatever is trending on LinkedIn this week. There's got to be a "trick." We've got to find a "trick." But.
