    We won’t learn from these incidents so long as people flip offender and victim. Stevens was openly bigoted toward the nominee, who responded she was no longer welcome in his campaign, and then she endorsed another bigot. The througline is Haley Stevens’ bigotry, not el-Sayed responding once.

    Unfortunately, Haley Stevens is the average establishment Democrat: more interested in defending an apartheid state, hiding behind fascists, and maintaining the status quo than improving things for the American people - or more broadly, doing the right thing. Get these ghouls outta here.

    this is someone who seems to delusionally believe that has a big constituency which will follow her in opposition to the party nominee. the more likely outcome, i think, is that people decide this is sour grapes from a loser

    Instead of being horrified that this is who Haley Stevens is, why not acknowledge that she's far from the only Democrat who's like that. People keep screaming about purity tests. Yeah, well. This is what you get when you don't draw some hard lines. Nazi tattoos. Anti-trans. Anti-semitism.
