    For me the CR fight was the last straw. It felt to me like the Senate would rather lose and be humble about it than fight to win. That's a very bad attitude to have if we are shooting for big wins like PR/DC statehood that will require breaking decades of precedent vis a vis the filibuster.

    We're not going to get everything we want passed, but we shouldn't make calculations on what will and won't before we actually attempt it in the public sphere. Ultimately the goal of this session is to illustrate we can fix the public's grievances either now, or with 60+ senators and the WH in 2029.
