Postu gösterWe cite an analysis of German job ads between 2017 and 2020 that reported 2% of ads mentioned open science as required/desirable. Probably a little higher now, but not sure about a jump to 10-15%
Postu gösterThere are a few features of Norwegian academia that suited this analysis. 1) 10 out of 11 of the country's universities advertise positions on ONE platform (Jobbnorge); 2) Positions longer than a year must be publicly advertised, and 3) PhDs are employees, so all PhD positions are advertised
