    As living gets more and more difficult, its just simply not possible to spend money on anything but necessities, and art and indulgence falls by the wayside. It is a little bit tough emotionally, this is quite a big change in my life (I've been doing paid work for 13 yrs), but I'll figure it out.

    Really seems like commissions have totally crashed, been a few difficult months. I'm making peace with it, I've done comms for a long time but if its over, then that's simply how it is, I'll move on. I have noticed many others are having the same experience, and it makes sense with how things are.

    Comic tip for artists who struggle with layouts or making each page not so same-y: be less literal about where your characters are sometimes. Become more artsy with emotions they feel or information they share, you don't need them standing in the same room/position like a scene from a movie
