Really sorry to hear that :( I'm no way near 21 years of experience (I have 6) but even I had experiences recently with studios saying they want my experience but are not willing to pay for it. Job ad says they want experience, and then they want to pay intern level salaries. Make it make sense 🤦

That’s another side of finding a job right now. Having too much experience comes up for why you can’t get hired. No entry level and no room for many with experience who could be passing that on. It’s all shortsighted and just trying to squeeze every penny out of staff.

This has been my experience, so much talk about no entry level jobs and it is a big issue but you got havre much experience comes up a lot as well. Hard to know what any company wants other then to under pay people.
