So at one point it hit me: "why am I still here? I've seen the events and story and the only thing keeping me here at the moment is to slowly grind events over and over for map materials or get really lucky with the time gated drops for something only the completionist in me likes to have"

"But Shaman you can buy these tokens with map materials and gold as well!" The drop rate of the map materials feels down right abysmal compared to the other two maps or any living world map no matter how you look at it.

For example the new VoE way you "earn" armor pieces. Anet likes to go on about respecting your time but if the only way I can get a piece is to get really lucky with a jumping puzzle that you can only attempt once a day it's not really doing things at my own pace now is it?
