Postu gösterI mean, yeah. At the beginning point it would sorta exist but it'd be cracked down on. I'm not seriously saying it'd be abolished in 20 minutes, but from day 1, commodity production is being destroyed.

If the proletariat seizes the state but keeps the bourgeois state-machinery, retains socially conservative values, and sells its labor-power to produce commodities, the ready-made state machinery has been seized and wielded, even if it's controlled by the state or self-managed councils.
Postu gösterOf course, but the smashing of the ready-made bourgeois state-machinery that Marx mentions, means smashing the police, military (this doesn't mean no defense, however), and state bureaucracy, and destroying the capitalist social relations that breed these things.
