    Spoke at the Berlin Claude Code Meetup yesterday about restructuring AI context in our monorepo at Armis. 1,000+ service folders, several products, and a root skill written when there was only one. Ask about a customer and the agent answered from the wrong product 70% of the time. Now 0%.
