Yeaaa... At some point, I may just make my own sort of frontend in the future or contribute to Bowtie, maybe even both. I honestly might end up developing some features that Tangled would just never do upstream. I really do miss the personality the old UI had. It just feels very standard now.

agreed 100%. the new design feels unoriginal, maybe even corporate. tangled's functionality is great, but the simplistic, almost-indie UI that i loved from it is gone now :/
