    I think the only way I can do therapy is if I quit smoking weed. There's no way I can actually learn and use any of that shit if I keep getting stoned and numbing myself... Idk if I can handle it honestly, but I'm gonna have to...

    Yeah I missed it by a day but I feel like I should be kind of proud for this... I don't feel that way, cuz I've been hurting myself in other ways instead of cvtting but at least I'm not doing that I guess...
