    @aspuru.bsky.social sorry I missed you in Toronto last week! Had to get home for our September graduation. Got to say hi to Krysta Svore but missed her talk, too. Missed Matthias Troyer, too. What a shame! But glad I came back for my students.

    I read an interesting article that explained how use of AI to handle "normal" calls for a call center led to the remaining human employees being absolutely burned out at high speed because they're now only getting the "problem" calls that the AI can't handle. They only get the high-stress calls.
