  By previous precedent, the House would have >1000 members now, diminishing the influence of Senate on EC. The Wyoming Rule (1 rep for lowest pop state, scale up # of reps based on that) would increase the House by ~140 seats, as somewhat of a compromise. I expect Schumer/Jeffries want status quo.😠
