  No email is private. If you need privacy, a well researched E2E messenger is the only option. Best you can do in consumer mail is a hyperscaler w/ world-class security to defend attacks & armies of lawyers to fight frivolous subpoenas/DCMA claims; small guys don't have the resources, on either front

  1. Disable the AI automatic control of your email. 2. Find an alternative, PRIVATE email server. 3. Dump everything Google. @psychopete.bsky.social has some good alternative recommendations in his guide.
