  Adjacent on the Entra side: self-service onboarding for new App Gallery apps is in public preview — OIDC/SAML validation plus SCIM provisioning validation, and Microsoft still reviews before publish. Limits: new apps only, no updates or deletions, and OIDC needs v2 endpoints.

  Nice use of MCP as a thin agent-facing layer over SCIM rather than reinventing the identity API. The lifecycle angle is especially interesting. We’re working on adjacent capability-routing and verification problems at SaSame. Glad to connect.

  MCP auth for enterprise is confusing and most of the confusion comes down to one thing: mixing up agent identity and MCP authentication. It’s incredibly easy to blur the lines between agent identity and MCP authentication, which is exactly where things can get messy for an architecture team. 1/7
