    Because most normal people would consider it unfair to change the rules arbitrarily and then apply them retrospectively, because guess what? It is unfair. Some people might characterise the sort of person who does this, or supports it, as dishonest, two-faced, untrustworthy...

    …and even in THAT case, there’s one openly discussed element - the allegation he used hospitals to commit necrophilia - that has never been properly addressed. I get why, it’s horrific, but it’s interesting that news is still often dictated by what media organisations feel they can stomach.

    I’ve been trying to collect all the arguments why the Euro is a good thing, but in a crisis, being able to control our own currency exchange rate could be quite significant. People are attached to that idea. No doubt it will be decades before we would need to commit to the Euro anyway.
