    Über die Arronganz von vielen Autohändlern kann ich Bücher schreiben. Ganz anders sind die Niederlassungen von BMW oder Mercedes in Düsseldorf. Absolut professionelles Auftreten und keine Spur von Arroganz. Der Händler im Ort ignoriert mich und bedient mich nicht, mit viel Glück Grüßt er noch.
