That option was always there for twitter. It still is. Always kinda bugs me that folks throw themselves into the algorithm and then complain they they get fed what Elon wants them to see. Yeah, you were in "show me what Elon wants me to see" mode.

Everyone with an ounce of common sense said "this will not raise tax money from social media sites and search engines for Canadian media, it will make them not allow links to Canadian media" and saw exactly this outcome. Contemporaneous warning: openmedia.org/article/item...

And! The reason Meta (and many other sites) do this is because Canada has a "link tax" that forces companies to pay money every time one of their users links to a Canadian news site. Don't allow links to those sites? You don't have to pay the tax.

It is completely not. BPD (and most personality disorders) are about emotional dysregulation, i.e. the inability to compartmentalize what you're feeling in order to make calculated, rational decisions.
