    I suspect this is dead-on. I don’t profess to know AK politics but it appears they have a very uniquely Alaskan view towards stuff like this. They just don’t seem to get distracted.

    Kudos to ADN for the clap-back at parachute reporting. Kudos, too, for detailing the missing Hafner half of the story. But the thing that struck from first reading of the NYT story is that it also neglected to explain that ranked-choice voting effectively renders the double Dans a non-issue.
