Postu gösterFinal curiosity: can you deform the nuclei with the tweezers or by moving the nucleoli? Or rupture locally the nuclei? If so, do nuclei repair?
Postu gösterMore scientifically: indeed, also in human embryos the number of nucleoli is not a powerful predictor. Though, I recall that having that only one is not good (but they are always smaller than in mouse). Have you tried moving them during zga? (ie, 2-cell Stage) This may have an impact.
