  "everyone is unhappy but there is no consensus on what the problem is" Agreed. And anyone who proposes their 'solution' without a clear articulation of the trade-offs that their solution will bring is really not helping matters.

  👏to HEPI for releasing this bold research (the fact that periods are still a taboo in 2025 is crazy but just the first few pages from this report confirms it). Don't think I've seen research like this before, not just in HE context but generally. Time for other sectors to follow suit!!
