    It's not even a useful tool. It's a simple consequence of delivering cycle tracks. I might write to our friend pointing all of the ones in my borough which go over service roads.

    Is the Assembly going to pass a motion pausing all bus stop bypasses? Looks like it. Greens only party to stand up for retaining this useful design tool to keep people cycling safe.

    Bad news: Westminster Council are worried about where cyclists will go now that Oxford Street is closed to them. Good news!: it was my job to worry about this until May and there is a plan WCC can execute and TfL are ready to support it.

    The bench is now gone. Prosocial behaviour is easy to ban and crack down on - those doing it are in the open in their community. And perversely, antisocial behaviour becomes more likely when you do so because public spaces become somewhere to flee.
