It's really one of the most beautiful overlooks in the area, the Susquehanna is always so gorgeous! The Safe Harbor overlook and Pinnacle Overlook (down near Holtwood) are probably my next favorites, and the one by Clark's Ferry outside Duncannon is great for the terrain and the river confluence

I'm unfortunately in no position to be getting a camera like that. Present efforts in terms of money is more so akin to treading water and doing so just barely. That aside, if you ever find yourself down where I'm at, I'd happily point out some stunningly beautiful spots well worth a photo or few.

I've seen sets of magnetic ND filters, combine a common size with adapter rings and you're good to go in most cases?
