I may or may not have written an email saying the interpretation of a policy is nothing short of perverse. Someone has till Tuesday before I get very nasty and escalatory indeed. I am beyond livid. Bureaucratic bullshit is one of the biggest barriers disabled people face. BURN IT ALL!
