Periodic reminder that 8 women accused Al Franken of assorted sexual misconduct, and he resigned the day they were going to announce the start of the investigation he demanded. So, yes, by all means let's "Al Franken" Swalwell.
Postu gösterNeither of these choices is "Have your attorney send a C&D to your accuser." If you sue after the investigation exonerates you fully, maybe it's a valid move. Without that exoneration it's just a confession that you're guilty and abuse your power on the regular. (2/2)
