It's based on a limited set of live monitoring locations by DCC, DLRCC, and FCC. While roads along the Grand Canal are busy, it's usually at very low speeds, and the M50 locations are nearer to houses than to traffic, while along Strand Road the traffic is closer and often at higher speeds...
Postu göster...there may also be wind interference pushing up the baseline at the Strand Rd location. But Strand Rd also has a large number of trucks, and they'll cause more noise at anything but crawling speed, while locations along the canal have fewer trucks. But even without any mention of wind...

Postu gösterIt'll be fab. Give it a few years and the shops will have evolved to cater for the fact that it's a space for people. It will be a huge boost for the shops already there. It'll also be a lot more pleasant as a human space.
