  I know this hasn’t been the greatest month and I’m concerned about the direction we are heading. But we are not going to win over the hearts and minds of people unless we come from a kind and caring place.

  Had an interesting moment leaving Las Vegas via Southwest Airlines. My partner is an ambulatory wheelchair user and SWA has a ticket counter position just for these types of passengers. We were third in this queue compared to the hundreds of people in the regular queue.

  If the President is halting funding on all these programs, and getting people wound up, and it is something that will easily get a block and be worked out, what is the other hand doing? This is more than likely a diversion tactic that is being taken to take the heat off a bigger issue.
