Postu gösterOne of the isdues with outdoor swimming in winter is that you don't warm up when you get out of the water. 4°C in the water is bloody cold. But when the air temp is 1.5°C you actually just continue to get cold instead of warming up when you get out. You have to put a lot of effort into getting warm
