Why not terrorism? I imagine the Federal Hate Crime charge was easier to prosecute. "Terrorism" is a blanket statement and difficult to prosecute. Here, the DA can nail specific, definable crimes on the guy. Like the J6ers were charged with Seditious Conspiracy and not Insurrection. I'm guessing!

Postu gösterThe Kuwaiti court’s death sentences carry exceptional stakes, but a verdict alone does not independently verify every alleged Iranian or Hezbollah link. Given the penalty and political sensitivity, transparent evidence and a meaningful appeal process are essential.
