The question I keep thinking about is: “what problem are we trying to solve with AI that justifies the potential harm to the environment and the future of humanity?” I haven’t really seen a specific example of AI use that’s convinced me we need to be proceeding at this breakneck speed…

Postu göstera big reason obama dems were so close to tech was that the banking & investment sector had become reputationally toxic. tech was "clean" money. it no longer is. also, this year, a lot of the people who won this year had to actively campaign on or fend off questions about data centers
