    I imagine so. It's one of the reasons ppl have been asking for Dems to stand up their own media. I think the party also is doing a better job of going on Meidas and Brian Tyler Cohen, etc. So they're expanding their media reach to offset! The New York Times is influential w/ donors, unfortunately.

    Yes, + this is one of the bugbears in presidential systems. The caucus leaders become de facto spokespeople, especially when the opposite party is the president. 2nd problem: the media books only the same handful of Dems. I've read reporting that Dems can't get on the air unless the usuals go on.
