    One thing I will note is that Trump has no ideological underpinnings. He may be more willing to sign bills out of a dem congress than a lot of other Rs.

    It could also say "it is the sense of Congress that the US Supreme Court articulated an inappropriate test in saying that affirmative Congressional action is necessary to give 14(3) effect, since the text says the reverse: 2/3 Congressional action is necessary to *remove* the ineligibility... 2/

    I know this would be closing the barn door after he horse has been reelected president, but if Democrats win both chambers I'd really like to see a concurrent resolution deeming January 6 an insurrection under 14(3). 1/
