    We’ll see how things go in the future, but if/as we start to see more liberalization of southern white suburbanites, it is useful to think of this in large part as a huge win for and example of the power of desegregation (esp within the workplace as colleagues)

    Right but that’s part of what I’m saying. White people in the suburbs are not all on board with nakedly doing Jim Crow 2.0. Obviously they’re also mad about prices and Iran. But Callais is important.
