    Without question, ICE is the first agency that needs to be burned to the ground. After that, we need to look at completely closing DHS as a whole. CPB is as bad as ICE. TSA has never been effective and continually overreaches its legislative boundaries. CISA is ineffective and needs an overhaul.

    Customs can be moved back to Agriculture. CISA should be under Commerce with NIST or even OSTP. Coast Guard goes back to DOT. FEMA should be an EOP Organization. Anything worth scrapping from TSA can spread around DOT. None of this needs DHS. We don't need it.
