    Jenrick is just a liar. But #r4today focused on the cost of immigration, not the benefits. Great to be starting a more honest debate on Brexit but we urgently need a more honest debate on immigration too. The vast majority of immigrants come here to make a life and to contribute. Racism is ruinous.

    There are so few safe & legal routes so how is it ok to doubly penalize those who come here by the most desperate means? 30 years for citizenship? We literally couldn’t fill our vacancies for care workers so why is it their privelege to come here, & not ours? www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026...
