  Okay but why am i like this? I put on the same scented lotion I’ve been using for a month and today it’s *wrong.* I rotate through things because i cannot tolerate a smell for too long and I never know when it’s going to come up as “okay I hate it now.” This has been my whole life. The fuck?

  I took today off and I can't shake the "oh shit, I'm supposed to be at work, I'm slacking off" feeling. *conversation in my head* "you should be at work" It's one day, I haven't taken an actual vacation in two years. I think I'll be okay. Possibly. "you sure?' Probably. "..." It's fine.
