    If outlier is “more than one s.d.”, only two. Outlier in this sense is about 1/3 (1/6 on each end). (2/3)^2 is 4/9 < 1/2. If you need to be two s.d. out, that’s 14 which is starting to be sus. Three s.d. is over 230.
