  I believe we are entering an era very similar to the nuclear race: if your country doesn't have a swarm of AI agents running on national hardware to defend and counterattack, is it really sovereign?

  I am pretty sure that the ICLR'27 author-reviewer discussion period (Nov 5-18) will be helped a lot by the CVPR'27 DL on Nov 16th. At least on CV papers.
