Postu gösterQuite striking how these 2026 results (32% Rep. votes among young men) contrast with 49% of young men voting for Trump in 2024 (compared to 41% in prev. elections, see below & cawp.rutgers.edu/blog/gender-...). Difficult to predict how this develops, given this volatility (-17pp!!).
Postu gösterThere might be other data to consider, but at least these exit polls suggest the gender voting gap among young voters has remained stable since 2024. Both young women and men have shifted toward Democrats. Obviously, there are turnout differences between midterm and presidential election years.
