We are sorry to hear of the deaths of two historians with links to the Society: William C. Lubenow, who wrote about the RHS in 'Only Connect: Learned Societies in Nineteenth-Century Britain'; and Frances Stonor Saunders whose 'Who Paid the Piper?' won the Society's 1999 book prize bit.ly/4Ahb5SA
