And then, "hmm, for say, BioWar? Maybe, but not dramatically." It MIGHT be important for human enhancement, but I'm skeptical.
Postu gösterNot at all stupid. 'You break it you own it'. Iran's a far larger and more populated country than Iraq with a massively armed internal security state. Letting it simply collapse would be impractical (anarchy & loose uranium) US would get sucked into an impossible occupation.
