    yeah i think the best thing 1 can do now is listen, listen 2 the anger, the pain, the hurt, sit with why it's there, not try 2 fix it, not try 2 persuade that it's wrong, etc....just listen. sit with us. how you vote or don't vote is really not my business. but i do ask you just give us space 2 feel

    i can sorta relate to the feeling of always losing and then you at least get to feel like you kinda won by a candidate you voted for actually winning. but then i also feel like it can become a placebo and not an actual win. it feels good for the moment but doesn't actually materially change much

    which feels like the cycle we're constantly in. to use a Game of Thrones analogy maybe it's just time to break the wheel (not like Daenerys did but like actually break it lol)

    i get ya. i think a good historical materialism is needed to. we gotta look at what has happened in the past, what could happen again, and think how we could get different results and not do that whole "doing the same thing over and over expecting different results" thing.
