I have one final trick I can recommend. It was my go-to before Telfast and I’m still using it as a top-up out of habit. And that’s the Beclate corticosteroid nasal spray. It might take care of those last few percentage points. Downside is it takes a few days of use before it’s full effective.

Mine’s just gotten worse and worse every year for the past decade. Fwiw this year my doc’s got me on some heavy duty (but still otc) antihistamines for something else, and for the first time pretty much ever… zero hayfever. Everyone’s mileage varies but if you haven’t tried it yet, it’s Telfast 180

Yeah, mine too. The humidity dipped quite low the last couple of weeks. Already had nose bleeds too. Part of living on the Highveld I guess.
