    fast travel kicks ass and i have never heard an argument against it that wasn't just "i don't wanna so you shouldn't get to" traverse the entire map over and over again all you want my man but i've got shit to do

    sometimes i see people do stupid shit like "you can't fast travel anywhere, just like you can't in real life" or "you shouldn't be able to save anywhere, you need to do this awkward ritual to be able to save" and like, do you not understand that these things are done to allow us to live our lives?

    There was a good post by Kirk on Kotaku years ago that was "I have had a greater experience by playing GTA4 w/o fast travel" iirc but most of the arguments I see are like "you shouldn't skip walking through this same area 500 times" and it's like why? I have a life to live and other games to play.
