Imagine your entire company having high expectations of something has massive as a OoT Remake, add harsh criticism online which sometimes is insanely out of pocket and you probably get a miserable experience. I think that's why I try to put kinder words into my criticism to communicate the same feel

I think in the doom and gloom of gaming's current state, we forget that THERE IS new blood, a new generation of dev teams being taught, working on big projects etc. Sadly some of their work get VERY harshly critized, like ER Nightrein or in this case, OoT Remake. It must be very stressful work.

Not to sound like an asshole but this reason was given by so many remake teams, at least the japanese ones, that I am surprised people still think this is not a reason that goes through their heads

Me to my friends: I hear the new OoT isn’t that good. Everyone is saying that.
