I have read no end of guidance online saying to rest, and try to reduce how much I do with my hands but I wake up with this pain. It generally lessens throughout late morning and then returns in the evening. It is unbearable and paracetamol does nothing to touch it.

I know I am shouting into the void as a brand new user BUT if somehow the internet can work its magic... Does anyone have some tips for dealing with really bad carpal tunnel syndrome? I get it thanks to audhd t-rex wrists when I sleep anyway, but it is so much worse now I'm in my 2nd trimester 😭
