Wisst Ihr noch, #ACertainDegreeOfFlexibility? Auch zur Freude, die Herrn Cramer und Frau Wolff daran haben, vermeintliche ‚low performer‘ auf die Straße zu setzen, ist mir einiges eingefallen. Zum Beispiel der #Fachkräftemangel, der in der Wissenschaft längst da ist.

@ayseasar.bsky.social hat mich gefragt, wie gut das aktuell funktioniert mit der Schaffung echter Perspektiven durch wissenschaftl. Einrichtungen. Spoiler: Schlecht. Das ist kein ‚Missbrauch‘ des WissZeitVG: Befristung wird genauso umgesetzt, wie das Gesetz es vorsieht. Das muss sich endlich ändern!
