My oldest moved in with us after graduating from college. He got a job and saved up so he could buy a house. Now our youngest is living here while preparing to go to medical school. It’s nice having them around and it makes financial sense

My son is 26. He owns his own vending business and does lawn work in the summers. I love that he's still here! He'll leave when he's ready and I'm fine with that!

My 33 year old son lives with us. Goes to work every day. Pays taxes. Still can't afford a house of his own because of the housing market. He's welcome as long as he needs.

Bad news then for anybody talking about how good things used to be, because you go back to when these people act like things were best--early to mid-20th century USA--and multi-generational households were absolutely the norm and not the exception.
