My first instinct is to rationalize going w/o health insurance for a year and just hoping I won't have any major incidents. Can I just be more careful? Can I stop going to the doctor? Saving $14k a year and getting lucky sounds really nice for us. It's a horrible position people are in right now.

We each have individual plans through the ACA in MN. I can't imagine the cost for family plans. We don't make a ton of money (at all) running the site and were already struggling with the prior increases, but another collective $300 a month frankly has us considering whether we should just risk it.

We just got our health insurance renewal information for 2027, and our health insurance will now have doubled in cost since 2023. I'm extremely happy the blue wave happened, but our household will now be paying over $14k per year for health insurance. And we don't have kids. This shit is ridiculous.
